A $250 non-refundable registration fee/deposit is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance for the course is due on the first day of class. 
 

Payments can be broken down into installments based on how many weeks before the class start date you are registered.

outlined in the enrollment contract.)

Refund Policy Mindful Practice Phlebotomy School
1. School Cancellations
○ If the school cancels a class and does not provide an option for future enrollment
dates, all monies paid by students will be refunded in full.
Registration/Enrollment Fee
○ The registration/enrollment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Student Withdrawals or Terminations
○ Tuition refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
○ Students have up to 1 year to apply paid tuition to a future class of their choice.
○ Students who withdraw within 72 hours of paying full tuition will receive a full
refund (excluding the registration fee).
○ Refunds requested after 72 hours will follow the refund scale (if applicable) or be
considered individually.

3. Refund Timeline
○ Approved refunds will be issued within 90 days of receiving a written refund
request.
